TÜV
TÜV
is an abbreviation for three German words (Technisher
Überwachungs – Verein ) meaning “Technical
Inspection and Monitoring Union” .
The mark TÜV is a registered mark under
international protection and only those companies can
use this mark that is accordance with Germany’s TÜV’s
unions (Verein deutscher TÜV) at least 25
percent of their stocks belong to one of the registered
TÜV’s in Germany.
In
the late of 19th century and in the course of
Germany’s industrialization, some organizations in
various regions or states in the country were formed in
order to guarantee quality in industrial products and
monitoring technical grounds.
Appearance of these organizations has been on the basis
of exploiting Know-how and skills in existence in
industries and development of specified structure with
intention of inspection and monitoring in form of third
party while taking no side.
Those organizations developed in various federals in
Germany with TÜV title, have been named with
their related regional prefix and suffix in Germany, and
have been registered in different regions in Germany in
form of independent legal personalities. |

RWTÜV
(Reinisch
Westfalischer Technischer Überwachungs-Verein)
organization was established on 27 of March 1872 in
Siegen -
Germany, in Which later on its centrality was
transferred to the city of
Essen
in
Germany.
In
the beginning its basic activities were technical
inspection on steam – boilers and pressurized tanks
.Along with the industrial progress in 20th
century and everyday expansion of technology in the
world, the RWTÜV institution has coincided itself
with these progress and by putting into use the very
modern equipments and skilled personnel in many
industrial aspects, offered its services to the world. |

TÜV Honnoher/Sachsen-Anhalt e.V.
organizations has been established in the time span of
1869-1873.
By
forming a merge in Germany and other countries in the
world-level, the above mentioned organizations have made
efforts in making those organizations more stable, more
expanded use of skilled abilities and also promoting
services at international level .After acquired
discussions and considerations in September 2001,two
organizations RWTÜV e.V. and TÜV Thuringen e.v.
on one side and two organizations TÜV Nord e.V.and
TÜV Hannover / Sachsen-Anhalt e.v. on the other
side, have decided to form a new TÜV organization
through merging and using the abilities that has come to
existence in various skilled enclosures and more
expanded presence in Germany and international level.
With respect to spread of operations for these four
organizations in the center and north of Germany, the
name NORD (meaning north) has been put on their
new group and the group TÜV NORD was formed.
It
is evident that in the framework of this merge, those
forming organizations on legal and management levels
throughout the world will be done under new name and
marking.

Iran & Central Asia Region
Iran
and central Asia count for one of the10 operational
regions of the TÜV NORD group at global level.
Management, planning and supervision over TÜV NORD
include countries like Uzbekistan, Republic of
Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Georgia, Armenia,
Turkmenistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Iran-Germany TÜV Academy
In
year 2001 the RWTÜV Company established Iran
–Germany
TÜV
academy in direction of their thesis towards expanding
culture of quality by imitating from the structure of
mother organization (RWTÜV in Germany).
Iran-Germany TÜV academy presents its activities in
below fields:
Training
Projects
The
instruction unit of academy has concentrated on
presenting specialized instructions related to
RWTÜV’s fields of activity and tries to present the
related and up-dated scientific matters in the world in
forms that are completely applicable and in framework of
its own instructional units. In order to better present
its proper instructions, this company uses the technical
knowledge and instructors taken from Mother Company or
their other instructors at European level.
The specialized projects unit of Iran-Germany TÜV
academy has been established with the aim of
management and execution of specialized consulting
projects. In order to prevent any possible contrast,
academy projects unit concentrates on management and
execution of projects in which in RWTÜV Iran
Company, there is no order to issue certificate for that
In
the structure of this unit, specialized groups have the
responsibility of management and execution of
specialized projects. In order to transfer today’s
experiments and technical knowledge in the field of
quality, improving management and profitability and
organizational elevation, TÜV academy has
concluded mutual understanding with creditable company
QMAS AG in Germany (the only consultant in Europe
with premium consultant degree from EFQM
organization), and in his projects, it uses the
technical knowledge or presence of experts from that
company.
By signing a mutual understanding of cooperation with
German Accreditation System for Testing (DAP),TÜV
academy has become known as a reliable constitution
to this organization in Iran. |

Therefore, TÜV academy
does the related co-ordinations to perform
assessments of laboratories accreditation on the basis
of ISO/IEC17025 standard by DAP in Iran.
RWTÜV Iran
During
the construction stages of Booshehr atomic power plant
and before its bombardment during the imposed war, the
German builders turned over all inspections and
technical monitoring for this plant to RWTÜV.
In
late 1995, the international institute RWTÜV
started its activities in Iran in the field of auditing
of quality management systems and issue of management
systems certifications.
The official and fully-authorized representing office of
RWTÜV started its activities in Iran from
Ordibehesht of 1997 and with respect to growth of
quality management culture specially in space of
industry, the highest volumes of activities in the
agency have been allocated towards presenting services
for issuance of certificates for quality management
systems and performing related audits, with the best
level of specialized-expertise
The RWTÜV-joint venture company of Iran has been
registered in month of Day in 1998 with partnership of
RWTÜV of Germany and in accordance with laws and
regulation ruling TÜV union in Germany and (Vd
TÜV ),it has the authority to use the TÜV’s
register logo.
RWTÜV Iran Company presents its services in the
